Scoff & Banter

Hola Amigos!

Today I wanted to share my first afternoon tea experience with you guys. I took my sister out for her **th (She might kill me so I wont take the risk lol) we went to a lovely restaurant situated in Canary Wharf called 'Scoff & Banter' very appropriate I must say.

I booked the 'Queen of hearts' afternoon tea which was supposed to be Alice in wonderland themed, but we quickly discovered we were being served just a regular afternoon tea with pretty cups. Nevertheless we still enjoyed.

We were brought a selection of sandwiches, cakes, pastries and had unlimited tea and coffee..
Needless to say I left feeling about ten pounds heavier I could not contain myself.

The presentation was as expected, the clotted cream was to die for.. *drools* the service was up to standard but could have definitely been better. I always think customer service tends to make or break an experience and I always try and be honest about it.
After filling up, we took to the decking outside the restaurant to take some photo's, our table looked right over the Thames with the O2 arena staring right back at us.

It was beautiful.

I wasn't quite sure what to wear for Afternoon tea, so I went smart - casual.

Hat - H&M
Shirt - Ralph Lauren
Skirt - Boohoo
Boots - H&M

Finally we cracked open a bottle to toast to more successful years of life, to health and to beautiful family. Its lovely to have sisters who are your best friends, most of my life experiences are shared with them and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I will definitely be returning to Scoff & Banter in the near future.
